What do you charge as a fee?
There is no fee unless we achieve a recovery. The fees are percentage of the overall recovery.
Do I have a case?
Some cases involve obvious negligence while others require further investigation. Milles Law carefully considers each case and evaluates its merits before pursuing a claim.
Another attorney has declined my case, does that mean that I do not have a case?
Different attorneys may or may not accept a case for various reasons unrelated to the actual merits of the case, such as the attorney may not practice the area of law or have a conflict of interest with the Defendant. Milles Law is always happy to give you a second opinion.
