Milles Law is a Tallahassee based personal injury law firm dedicated to providing personalized legal representation to individuals and families whose lives have been altered by the negligence or carelessness of others.  Attorney Eric Milles personally works with each client to develop an individualized litigation strategy.  Milles Law typically provides legal representation by a contingency fee arrangement, which means that there is no fee for our legal services unless a recovery is made on your behalf.  As such, Milles Law carefully selects cases and clients based upon the merits of the case and the rights of the individuals involved.

Eric Milles is devoted to the Tallahassee community and has a life long dedication to community service.  Mr. Milles lives, works, and plays in Midtown, the heart of Tallahassee.  Upon graduation from George Washington University Law School, Mr. Milles was awarded an Equal Justice Foundation Grant in recognition of his commitment to Equal Justice.  Mr. Milles was previously on the legislative staff of United States Senator Joseph R. Biden where he served as a liaison between the Senator and public safety organizations.  Mr. Milles has routinely provided pro bono legal services to less fortunate members of our community throughout his legal career.  Mr. Milles is a proud member of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce and the MIDTOWN Merchants Association.

Mr. Milles is active in the Tallahassee Bar Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors.  He is also an involved member of the Florida Justice Association, the Capital City Justice Association, and the Trial Lawyer Section of the Florida Bar.  Mr. Milles has presented at legal education seminars and has made appearances on WCTV’s LawCall.
